Santa Update

It's been a couple of weeks since my last post, and that's the longest I've had between post in some time.  I've held off on posting because well, I just didn't have anything stitchy to share.   Last night,  I finally managed to sit down with needle and yarn and this is the progress that was made.

Santa is finally starting to look like a Santa. If I can just sit and stitch I know he won't take long at all to complete, but I just can't seem to get into a good stitching groove.  Oh well, every strand stitched means progress even if it is only one strand per sitting.

It looks to be a beautiful sunny day here in New Brunswick, albeit on the cold side (it is 0 Celsius right now brrrrrrrrrrrrr).   I hope your weekend is an enjoyable one with many stitching pleasures!

That is the nicest Santa faces I've seen...fabulous! I love that every stitch moves you closer to completion. I may just heed your sentiments this afternoon. It's a lovely +12' here in northern AB and the sun is shining brightly. Can't remember this nice an October in a long while.

I agree with Dani, he's got the most expressive face! I love him!
